How does the deposit work?

After the Kickstarter launch, please grab the Super Early Bird tier for the Nestworks C500. When the campaign ends, your $30 deposit will be refunded to your PayPal or Stripe account. You will also receive an additional $200 discount, which will be issued as a partial refund through Kickstarter after the campaign concludes.

Can I get a refund of deposit if I change my mind?

Yes. If you decide not to purchase, you can request a refund of your deposit at any time. Send us an email from the address you used to make the reservation, and we will process your refund within two to three business days. Please note that transaction fees may apply.
